Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and self‑management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead design discussions and translate business requirements into technical solutions for Dynamics 365.
• Provide technical leadership on plugins, workflows, .NET, JavaScript, portals, and advanced customizations.
• Design overall architecture, ensuring performance and scalability, aligning with enterprise strategy.
• Act as single technical SME and manage reviews, reporting, signoffs and approvals.
• Address technical questions and clarifications across the project lifecycle.
• Guide the development team through coding reviews and deployment practices.
• Support incident response and troubleshooting.
