Job summary

Krasan Consulting Services seeks a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and architecture of enterprise Dynamics 365 solutions within our Product Management Transformation initiative.

You will drive integration with existing systems, ensure security, performance, and scalability, and work with business and IT stakeholders to shape roadmaps and guide cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP) in large-scale deployments.
• Proven ability to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud and Azure Data & Integration Services.
• Proficient in .NET Core development for extending Dynamics 365.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and leadership of cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and technical standards, with a focus on security, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define Dynamics 365 requirements, lead workshops, and manage customizations for modules like CRM and ERP.
• Develop strategies for integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems and ensure data accuracy and proper flow between systems.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, mentor staff, and work closely with Scrum Masters and Program Managers to keep projects aligned.
• Create and maintain solution roadmaps for future Dynamics 365 implementations, ensuring they align with business goals and technology trends.
• Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with industry standards like GDPR and HIPAA, and implement governance to manage technical risks.
• Work with stakeholders and end-users to gather feedback, communicate technical ideas clearly, and recommend new technologies to improve business outcomes.
