Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc is seeking a skilled D365 CE/FO Tester to lead testing across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and Finance (FO).

You will design and execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT tests, manage manual and automated test cases with Azure DevOps, AccelQ, Selenium, and Jira, and collaborate in a SAFe environment.

This role emphasizes quality, AI‑driven testing approaches, and strong communication to drive continuous improvement across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Finance.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven testing tools and methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM Octane).
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working within the SAFe framework.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
• Manage and execute manual and automated test cases using tools like Azure DevOps, AccelQ, Selenium, and other frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and align testing efforts with SAFe principles.
• Document defects, test results, and maintain detailed logs.
• Support end‑user testing and provide walkthroughs of features.
• Leverage AI‑based testing tools to enhance coverage and efficiency.
• Continuously improve test automation processes and coverage.
