Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
4+ years of software testing including manual and automated testing.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance.
Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies.
Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM Octane).
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales (CE).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working within the SAFe framework.

Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
Manage and execute manual and automated test cases using tools like Azure DevOps, AccelQ, Selenium, and other frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and align testing efforts with SAFe principles.
Document defects, test results, and maintain detailed logs.
Support end-user testing and provide walkthroughs of features.
Leverage AI-based testing tools to enhance coverage and efficiency.
Continuously improve test automation processes and coverage.
