ExecuSource, Inc. is seeking an experienced QA Lead to establish a ground‑up QA function for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation in the Charlotte, NC area.

The role leads testing strategy across D365 CE/Sales, D365 F&O, Shopify, InRiver PIM, and API integrations, with a focus on building manual foundations and scalable AI‑driven regression suites. The ideal candidate will manage cross‑functional testing, mentor teams, and ensure go‑live readiness through robust defect management and UAT

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on QA in enterprise environments.
• Direct experience leading QA for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Balance of manual testing with automation development.
• Testing across integrated ERP/CRM/e‑commerce/PIM ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder management with executives and partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and govern the QA strategy for the D365 rollout.
• Translate requirements into comprehensive test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Establish metrics, defect workflows, risk monitoring, and go‑live reporting.
• Lead end‑to‑end testing across D365 CE, D365 F&O, Shopify, InRiver PIM, and middleware.
• Drive SIT, UAT, cutover validation, and post‑go‑live support.
• Coordinate defect triage with vendors and internal teams.
• Guide business users through UAT execution.
