Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc. seeks a skilled Dynamics 365 Tester to lead testing across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, with a focus on integrations and end-to-end business processes in a SAFe environment.

You will design and execute test plans (manual and automated), validate cross-system workflows, document defects, and guide user acceptance testing, using Azure DevOps, Mabl, Playwright, and SharePoint Online.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of software testing experience (manual and automated).
3+ years of testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Experience validating system integrations, workflows and data exchange.
Familiar with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Playwright or Mabl).

Responsibilities

Design and execute test plans across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and integrated solutions.
Validate end-to-end business processes and requirements with cross-functional teams.
Document defects, test results, and maintain logs; escalate risks as needed.
Support user acceptance testing and guide business users.
Leverage tools to improve coverage and efficiency; continuously improve testing processes.
