Job summary

Capgemini in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM implementations. You will partner with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and IT to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in project management and 3+ years managing Dynamics 365 CRM projects, with strong CE module knowledge and experience with Agile or Waterfall.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Microsoft Dynamics certifications preferred.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of Azure integrations and CRM data migrations.
• Experience leading cross-functional and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and enhancement projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Oversee Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform initiatives.
• Manage data migrations, system integrations, testing, and deployments.
• Drive user adoption, training, and change management activities.
