Job summary

Office of Technology and Innovation (OTI) in New York City is seeking a senior development professional to design, implement, and maintain Dynamics 365 customizations, plugins, and integrations. You will build modern front-end solutions with JavaScript, React, and PowerApps, and implement robust back-end services in .NET/C# and Web APIs.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree with 24 credits in voice and/or data telecommunications or related field and 4 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 12 credits and 5 years of experience in related roles.
• Education/experience equivalent to (1) with additional supervisory/ executive experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Build front-end using JavaScript, React, and PowerApps; back-end with .NET/C# and Web APIs.
• Collaborate with architects and QA to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Handle special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree with 24 credits in telecommunications or related field

Associate degree with 12 credits in telecommunications or related field and 5 years experience

Education/experience equivalent to item 1 with required supervisory experience
