Job summary

Seneca Resources in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to design, develop, customize, integrate, and deploy enterprise applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.

This hands-on role focuses on Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Pages/Portals, plugins with C#, .NET, and integrates with external systems via APIs. Onsite in NYC with potential remote for teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Deep experience with Microsoft Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Power Pages / Power Pages Portals, including design, customization, integration, and deployment.
• Experience developing Dynamics 365 custom plugins using the SDK and C#.
• Strong C# and .NET development skills.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with external systems through APIs.
• Experience with ASP.NET.
• Strong SQL and database experience.
• Experience deploying Dynamics 365 customizations and solutions across environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently deliver complex enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Build and enhance Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
• Design, develop, and customize Power Pages/Portal solutions.
• Configure Dynamics 365 entities/tables, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and security.
• Develop custom Dynamics 365 plugins using C#, .NET, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Build integrations between Dynamics 365/Power Platform and external systems using APIs.
• Work with SQL and multiple data sources to support application requirements.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, configuration, and performance issues.
• Package and deploy Dynamics 365/Power Platform solutions across environments.
• Support testing, debugging, code reviews, documentation, and production deployments.
• Work with Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD, and version control as part of the development lifecycle.
