Job summary

The New York City Office of Technology & Innovation (OTI) seeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support delivery and maintenance of critical HRO IT initiatives, including Back Home projects and the Damage Recovery Portal. Expect collaboration with architects, QA, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment in Manhattan, NY.

Qualifications

• A baccalaureate degree with 4 years of related analytical/technical experience.
• An associate degree with 5 years of experience in voice and/or data telecommunications or related area.
• Education and/or experience equivalent to the first item above, with a high school diploma and 18 months of executive/ managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Build front-end solutions using JavaScript, React, and PowerApps, and back-end services using .NET, C#, and Web APIs.
• Partner with architects and QA teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
• Handle special projects and initiatives as assigned.
