Job summary

Companial is seeking a Partner Success Manager Recruit DACH with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 knowledge to recruit partners in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will build a pipeline, engage senior decision makers, and develop partnerships that grow with the ecosystem.

This role focuses on creating long-term value rather than transactional selling, collaborating with the DACH Partner Success team, sales, marketing and Microsoft to expand the partner network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales including new business and partner development.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Applications ecosystem.
• Native German and professional English; willing to travel within DACH.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and recruit new Microsoft Dynamics partners across DACH.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners.
• Understand partner challenges and connect them to Companial’s services and solutions.
• Develop relationships with decision makers, Microsoft and the wider partner ecosystem.
• Guide new partners from first conversation through onboarding.
• Collaborate with Partner Success, sales and marketing on regional growth initiatives.
• Represent Companial at Microsoft, Dynamics and partner events.
