City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives using Agile methodologies. The role focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud apps, coordinating engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to meet tight timelines and budgets.

You will drive multiple projects across infrastructure, software development, cloud, and security, ensuring alignment with business goals and continuous delivery of high-quality

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS required.
• 3-5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Certified Scrum Master required.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud apps.
• Experience managing vendors and third-party providers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects from Discovery through Closure, aligning with goals.
• Oversee planning, resources, and execution for multiple projects.
• Plan and deliver IT and technical projects across infra, software, cloud, security, or systems.
• Collaborate with business owners to optimize franchise processes and growth.
• Drive agile development and product management teams toward continuous improvement.
• Communicate project status to executives for informed decisions.
• Define scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Translate requirements into actionable tasks and plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage risks, dependencies, and issues with mitigations.
• Escalate project risks as the primary point of contact.
• Facilitate meetings, updates, and executive reporting.
• Oversee QA, testing, and deployment activities.
• Manage change requests with proper approvals and documentation.
• Ensure security, regulatory, and organizational standards compliance.
