Job summary

UKG is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Resource to lead configuration and customization for our Mergers & Acquisitions initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring seamless business process integration, data consolidation, and system optimization during M&A activities.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, managing both configuration work and coordination with development teams for custom object development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 configuration and customization.
• 3+ years of Mergers & Acquisitions or system consolidation experience.
• Experience configuring Sales, Service, or Finance & Operations modules in Dynamics 365.
• Experience building and optimizing business process flows and workflows.
• Ability to work with development teams and understand custom code implementations.
• Strong data migration and system integration experience.
• Power Platform experience preferred (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Exposure to API integrations and custom plugin development concepts.
• Track record delivering projects in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and translate M&A requirements into Dynamics 365 configurations.
• Configure entities, fields, forms, views, business rules, and workflows for merged entities.
• Document current and target processes with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand process requirements and run workshops.
• Coordinate with developers on custom object development and solution architecture.
• Plan data migration and validate integrations between legacy and target systems.
• Design and execute testing, training, and go-live activities.
