Job summary

UKG seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Resource to lead configuration and customization for M&A initiatives. You will bridge business requirements with technical implementation, coordinating with developers for custom objects and ensuring seamless data migration and system optimization.

You will work with business teams across finance, HR, operations, and sales to translate requirements, configure entities, and implement workflows and integrations in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Dynamics 365 configuration and customization experience.
• 3+ years on M&A or system consolidation initiatives.
• Experience with Sales, Service, or Finance & Operations modules.
• Experience building workflows and automated processes.
• Collaboration with development teams and understanding custom code.
• Data migration and integration between systems.
• Power Platform experience preferred.
• API integrations and custom plugin/extension concepts.

Responsibilities

• Configure Dynamics 365 including entities, forms, views, and security.
• Build and optimize business process flows and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, HR, operations, and sales.
• Coordinate with developers for custom object development.
• Plan data migration and validate integrations between systems.
• Design testing protocols, training materials, and go-live support.
• Document configurations and maintain design logs.
