Job summary

UKG is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Resource to lead configuration, data migration, and integration efforts for M&A initiatives. You will bridge business requirements with technical implementation and coordinate with developers for custom object development.

Lead configuration across Sales, Service, or Finance & Operations modules, manage data flows, and ensure Go-live readiness with strong stakeholder collaboration and documentation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze M&A requirements and translate into Dynamics 365 configurations.
• Configure entities, fields, forms, views, business rules, and workflows.
• Collaborate with business teams, finance, HR, operations, and sales.
• Coordinate with development team on custom solutions and code reviews.
• Plan and execute data migration and integrations between legacy and target systems.
