Job summary

TechDigital Group in Berkeley Heights, NJ seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 CE developer to lead module development, integrations with Azure, and coordinate offshore teams. You will design, code in C#/.NET, and perform unit testing, while mentoring juniors.

Strong communication and Agile experience are required for this on-site role in New Jersey. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in D365 CE and .Net, hands-on experience with customizations, APIs, and SQL Server, and be capable of leading

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Dynamics CRM/D365 CE and .Net experience; ASP.NET MVC, Web API, WPF, SQL Server preferred.
• Proficient in C# with latest .NET syntax.
• Strong OOP knowledge: classes, interfaces, inheritance, composition.
• Solid SQL query skills and data manipulation.
• Experience with D365 customizations: workflows, plugins, JS, sitemap ribbons, PowerApps, deployment & security.
• C#/JavaScript to consume D365 APIs; knowledge of SSIS/KWS is a plus.
• Experience writing D365 Fetch-based reports.
• Functional knowledge across Sales, Service, or Marketing modules.
• Strong HTML5 & CSS skills; JQuery experience.
• Experience with USD and D365/ADX portals is a must.
• Azure knowledge: logic apps, Web API, functions and deployments.
• Unit testing experience (auto or manual).
• Experience with Angular/React/Knockout/JQuery frameworks.
• Strong documentation skills; follow CM processes; Agile knowledge required.
• Able to do simple to medium design work.
• Led a technical team on a module or project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Should participate in sprint planning sessions, understand user stories, raise queries against gaps, provide estimates against work allocated, understand the design and perform development and unit testing and update hours against actuals in configuration management tool.
• Should work with offshore and stakeholders in different geographies / time zones
• Perform peer reviews.
• Development will be primarily around D365 CE, customizations and configurations.
• Integrate D365 CE with other applications primarily using Azure features.
• Develop/configure external applications which integrates with D365 CE and plugins/custom workflow activities which integrates with external applications.
• Investigate defects and provide fixes.
• Extensive onshore-offshore coordination and communication.
• Perform as a technical lead of a module or a project and work closely with the onshore Solution Architect to perform designs and be accountable for the implementation.
• Technically contribute to the overall D365 CE capability - upskill, provide improvement ideas, conduct knowledge sharing sessions.

Skills Required:

• 8+ years of technical experience in Dynamics CRM/D365 CE and .Net(ASP.Net MVC, Web API,,WPF, SQL Server). An even mix of both is an advantage.
• Should have working knowledge coding in C# with latest syntax of .Net.
• Should have sound knowledge around OOPS and aware of its applications - classes, interfaces, inheritence and composition
• Should have sound knowledge in SQL Queries.
• Working knowledge in Dynamics 365 customizations and configurations including workflows, plugins, custom workflow activities, javascript, sitemap/ribbon customizations, powerapps, deployment and security.
• Should have written C#/Javascript code to consume D365 APIs or any other APIs externally. Knowledge in SSIS/KWS, SCRIBE is an advantage.
• Should have experience in writing D365 Fetch-based reports.
• Sound functional knowledge in atleast 2 of Sales, Service and Marketing modules.
• Strong HTML5 an CSS skills is a must.

• Strong dev experience on atleast one of USD and D365/ADX portals is a must.
• Azure knowledge is desired - logic apps, Web API, functions and their deployments.
• Must have done unit testing - automated or manual
• Experience in one or more Javascript frameworks like Angular, React, JQuery, Knockout is desired.
• Strong documentation skills should be able to implement solutions provided in design documents and follow the processes mentioned in configuration management plan - check-ins, check-outs, merge and so on. Agile knowledge is a must.
• Should be able to do simple to medium complex design work.
• Should have led a team as a technical lead looking over a module or a project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
