Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks an Associate in the Microsoft D365 practice to learn Dynamics 365 solutions and participate in the full cycle of software implementation. You will work directly with clients, learn their business, and gather requirements for tailored software solutions.

Associates will design, build, document system enhancements, test results, and train customer personnel in their use, while collaborating with team members and vendors in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS, Accounting, Marketing, Supply Chain, Computer Science or related business fields.
• Ability to travel.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analyst functions.
• Engage in requirements gathering sessions with clients.
• Assist in the creation of design documentation.
• Hands on configuration of the application.
• Work with client to validate the solution.
• Assist with training.
• Perform ongoing support as needed.
• Work well with team members, clients, and other vendors.
• Participate in the Agile and/or Microsoft SureStep Iterative Methodologies.
