Job summary

RSM in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a MAS Consulting Intern to join our team, combining technology and business to help clients leverage Microsoft Dynamics365 across ERP, CRM, and BI. You will work with mentors and gain hands-on exposure to client engagements and technology delivery.

You’ll develop solutions, migrate data, test in labs, and support clients on site or remotely while learning our methodologies and building professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with an object-oriented programming language.
• Understanding of software development concepts and methodologies.
• A desire to work with and adapt to a shifting technical landscape.
• Analytical, motivated with a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to work in the technology industry with a growing company.
• Eagerness to contribute.
• Preferred qualifications: ERP or CRM experience; Microsoft tools including .NET, C++ and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Working daily with the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
• Adopting and learning new technologies and functional areas.
• Direct contact with clients - Understanding and responding to client requirements.
• Direct contact with Microsoft teams.
• Working closely with onsite consultants.
• Analyzing problems and designing solutions.
• Data migration.
• Developing new features.
• Testing of proposed solutions within lab environments.
• Providing onsite and remote support.
• Troubleshooting business application issues.
• Using a structured development methodology.
• Mapping client business requirements to Microsoft Dynamics.
• Designing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics functions to meet business objectives.
• Working with clients in configuring their Microsoft Dynamics system.
• Building successful client relationships.
