Momentum seeks a Development Associate to support the Global Director of Development and Founding Director in advancing fundraising efforts. You will prepare donor briefings, coordinate outreach, and manage administrative operations to enable frontline fundraising.

In this role you’ll maintain CRM records, coordinate travel and logistics, process expenses, and support the Development Committee with materials and scheduling. Collaboration with leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising support, executive support, or a related field.
• Residing in the DMV through New York metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct fundraising support to the Global Director of Development and Founding Director.
• Prepare detailed donor briefings and prospect memos in advance of cultivation meetings and solicitations.
• Support post-donor meetings and solicitations, including materials and follow-up.
• Maintain Salesforce records related to donor interactions and activities.
• Coordinate travel for leadership, including itineraries and meeting logistics.
• Process and track expense reporting for senior leadership.
• Assist with tracking donor engagement activities and outreach.
