Job summary

New York Technology Partners seeks a .NET / CRM Developer to join our IT Application Development Group in Secaucus, NJ. You will build and extend enterprise applications powering internal operations and fan-facing platforms, spanning .NET/C#, React.js, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You will design solutions, customize Dynamics 365, optimize SQL data models, and participate in CI/CD deployments. A 2–5 year software development background and a Bachelor’s in CS or related field are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (Framework/Core).
• Hands-on experience with React.js for front-end development.
• Solid SQL skills (query optimization, stored procedures, schema design).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development (plugins, custom workflows, JS, entity/form customization).
• Understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns.
• Version control experience (Git).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET, and React.js.
• Build and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, including plugins and workflows.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models for SQL Server and Dataverse.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the CRM and .NET stack.
