Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business Admin, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft ERP products (Dynamics AX and/or D365 F&SCM).
• 5+ years manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience as D365 F&SCM Application Manager/Administrator/Consultant/Architect.
• Strong skills in business process analysis and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the U.S. functional lead and SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
• Lead business process improvement, system optimization, and application support.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into system solutions.
• Partner with analysts, stakeholders, consultants, and developers.
• Support D365 upgrades, data management, security roles, and reporting.
• Lead change management, user training, documentation, and adoption.
• Coordinate application support and third-level support activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and DevOps governance.
