Elma Electronic in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a Business Application Analyst to support Dynamics 365 FSCM/CE implementations, enhancements, and Power BI reporting. This onsite role collaborates with stakeholders and IT leadership to optimize processes and maximize ERP value.

This position offers growth within global digital transformation initiatives and exposure to enterprise-wide ERP and CRM projects. Onsite at our Lawrenceville, GA facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting ERP or business applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 FSCM, or Dynamics 365 CE.
• Understanding of business process analysis and process mapping methodologies.
• Experience supporting UAT and business application implementations.
• Familiarity with Power BI reporting and analytics.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

As we continue our global digital transformation, we are expanding our Business Applications team and seeking a motivated Business Application Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 business systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for a developing Business Systems Analyst or Dynamics professional looking to grow their career while working on enterprise-wide ERP and CRM initiatives. This is an onsite role in our Lawrenceville, GA facility.

What You'll Do

As a Business Application Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders, external implementation partners, and IT leadership to improve business processes and maximize the value of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

What We're Looking For
