Recruit22 LLC is seeking a Lead Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM) Sales & Production in Oviedo, FL. Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 6-7+ years of ERP, business systems, business-process, and/or D365 experience.
• Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM).
• Strong functional expertise across D365 Sales and Production.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes, including BOMs, formulas, routes, resources, capacity planning, and scheduling.
• Experience with sales-order management, pricing, fulfillment, inventory, and related processes.
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end D365 F&SCM implementations.
• Demonstrated experience across the implementation lifecycle, including: discovery, fit-to-standard / fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration, testing and UAT, deployment, post-go-live optimization.
• Ability to understand dependencies between Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Inventory, Warehousing, Procurement, Planning, Quality, Costing, and Finance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business stakeholders, implementation partners, developers, and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales and production solution design across processes such as sales order, pricing, fulfillment, BOMs, routing.
• Translate requirements into scalable D365 functional solutions and lead fit-gap assessments.
• Configure D365 Sales and Production settings and demonstrate standard functionality.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams; provide clear functional requirements to developers.
• Lead workshops, reviews, testing, UAT, and go-live readiness.
• Mentor analysts and ensure solution alignment with D365 standards.
