Job summary

You will troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, batch, and data issues, driving root-cause analysis and permanent resolution. Responsibilities include MEC support (month-end/quarter-end/year-end), environment lifecycle management in LCS and PPAC, Azure DevOps deployments, and governance

Qualifications

• Experience supporting D365 F&O and related modules.
• Strong problem solving and incident triage skills.
• Familiarity with lifecycle management and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support for D365 Finance & Supply Chain.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive root-cause analysis with permanent resolution.
• Coordinate MEC close activities and stakeholder communication.
• Administer environments via LCS PPAC and manage deployments in Azure DevOps.
