Job summary

Experis is seeking a D365-focused Production Support professional in Atlanta to provide Level 2/3 support across S2P, O2C, R2R, P2FA and A2D. You will troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate month-end close activities, and manage D365 environments through lifecycle tools like LCS and PPAC.

You will also handle releases, deployments and change management via Azure DevOps, while planning platform updates and ensuring stable integrations with Dataverse, DMF and other services.

Qualifications

• Provide Level 2/3 support for D365 Finance & Supply Chain across S2P, O2C, R2R, P2FA and A2D.
• Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, batch and data issues with root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate Month-End/Quarter-End/Year-End close activities with Finance.
• Administer D365 environments and manage lifecycle via LCS and PPAC.
