Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of ERP experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong functional knowledge in at least one D365 F&O area.
- Experience with requirements gathering, functional analysis, configuration, testing, and production support.
- Participation in D365 implementations, upgrades, or major enhancements.
- Ability to translate business processes into ERP solutions and work with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead D365 F&O functional ownership and act as SME.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using D365 features.
- Configure and maintain D365 F&O functionality per requirements.
- Provide Level 2/3 functional support and troubleshoot ERP issues.
- Coordinate with teams and partners across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
