Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. in Atlanta, GA seeks a Functional & Production Support professional to provide Level 2/3 support for D365 Finance & Supply Chain operations across S2P, O2C, R2R, P2FA and A2D.

You will troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, batch, and data issues, driving root-cause analysis and permanent resolution. Responsibilities include MEC support (month-end/quarter-end/year-end), environment lifecycle management in LCS and PPAC, Azure DevOps deployments, and governance

Qualifications

• Experience supporting D365 F&O and related modules.
• Strong problem solving and incident triage skills.
• Familiarity with lifecycle management and deployments.

Responsibilities

Job description

Functional & Production Support

• Provide Level 2/3 support for D365 Finance & Supply Chain operations across:
  • Source-to-Pay (S2P)
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Record-to-Report (R2R)
  • Project-to-Fixed Assets (P2FA)
  • Acquire-to-Dispose (A2D)
• Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, batch, and data issues while driving root cause analysis and permanent resolution.

Month-End Close (MEC) Support

• Coordinate and support end-to-end Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End close activities.
• Monitor critical financial processes, batch jobs, and integrations to ensure timely and successful close execution.
• Partner closely with Finance and business stakeholders during critical close periods.

Environment & Lifecycle Management

• Administer D365 environments through Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC).
• Manage Production, UAT, FUT, SIT, Development, and Data Migration environments.
• Execute environment refreshes, restores, cloning, migrations, and operational readiness activities.

Release, Deployment & Change Management

• Lead production deployments during planned maintenance windows.
• Execute code releases, configuration migrations, and application deployments using Azure DevOps.
• Manage change governance, implementation planning, testing coordination, validation, and rollback procedures.

Integration, Platform Updates & Patching

• Plan and execute D365 One Version updates, platform releases, hotfixes, and emergency patches.
• Perform impact assessments, regression testing coordination, and post-deployment stabilization activities.
• Support and monitor integrations, including:

Azure & Power Platform Administration

• Administer Azure resources supporting D365, including:

Operational Monitoring & Governance

• Monitor application health, batch processing, integrations, and overall environment performance.
• Maintain operational runbooks, support documentation, and monitoring processes.
