Job summary

Forvis Mazars US is seeking a mid-level Microsoft Dynamics F&O ERP Sales Specialist in Kansas City. You will own the full sales cycle, from discovery through close, pursuing ERP opportunities generated from clients, referrals, and marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with SDRs, solution architects, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping and a smooth handoff to implementation, while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales (ERP or cloud software preferred).
• Proven ability to manage and close complex, consultative sales opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional, client-facing presence.
• Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Pursue qualified Microsoft Dynamics F&O ERP opportunities from various sources.
• Own full sales cycle from discovery to proposal, pricing, negotiations, and close.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and growth objectives.
• Translate requirements into well-scoped ERP solutions with architects and delivery teams.
• Develop and deliver client-facing presentations tailored to executives and stakeholders.
• Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasting, and CRM activity.
