Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an ERP Specialist to support a manufacturing client in Quakertown, PA. You will be the primary local resource for ERP activities in the U.S., collaborating with the global IT team and external Microsoft Dynamics partners to implement, go‑live, and stabilize D365 F&O.

Qualifications

• ERP system experience required.
• Knowledge of inventory, manufacturing, purchasing, or finance processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with international teams.
• Experience with D365 F&O or D365 SCM.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for D365 F&O.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate resolutions with global IT teams and external partners.
• Support ERP across sales, purchasing, production, inventory, WMS, intercompany, and finance.
• Assist in testing, data validation, training, go-live, and stabilization.
• Translate business requirements into functional system specifications.
• Test ERP enhancements, integrations, and configuration changes.
• Support UAT and coordinate with local key users.
• Create system documentation, operating procedures, and training materials.
• Deliver ERP training for new and existing users.
• Support data quality, master data, reporting with Power BI and SQL.
• Bridge US business with global ERP organization across countries/time zones.
