Job summary

Confidential Jobs.(USA) is hiring a Dynamics 365 Business Central Analyst to own the health and evolution of our ERP across discrete manufacturing, warehousing, inventory, finance, sales, and purchasing. You will stabilize live deployments and lead migrations for acquired companies onto the standard stack with Zoho CRM and Octagon CPQ.

You will elicit requirements from business process owners, translate them for developers, run test plans and UAT, and coordinate with partners to deliver on time

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Dynamics 365 BC Business Analyst.
• Hands-on BC implementation across manufacturing modules.
• Experience with acquisitions migrations onto ERP stacks.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize and enhance the Business Central environment.
• Plan upgrades, data setup, and release readiness for updates.
• Coordinate with BPOs, developers, and external partners to deliver on scope.
