• 2+ years’ experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering/science; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident.

Responsabilidades

• Bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements.
• Configure and personalize Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations; leverage Power Platform where appropriate.
• Support testing and user adoption; coordinate ERP project activities.
• Oversee ERP projects including module rollouts, implementations, and platform upgrades.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to manage development and testing efforts.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for system support.
