Job summary

LMK Recruiting Solutions seeks an experienced ERP Business Analyst to bridge business users and development teams around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This onsite role supports discrete manufacturing and oversees an integrated stack (BC, Zoho CRM, Octagon CPQ, and third‑party tools) including M&A migrations.

You will manage the lead‑to‑cash cycle, define system requirements, and ensure data integrity and deployment readiness across the stack.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years as a D365 Business Central BA within discrete manufacturing.
Strong understanding of core BC modules and lead-to-cash processes in integrated environments.
Excellent ability to communicate with non-technical users and with development teams.
Proven experience in creating structured test plans and managing UAT cycles.

Responsibilities

Bridge between business users and development for BC/BC-related solutions.
Support day-to-day user issues and administer system configurations and permissions.
Define requirements, translate to functional specs for developers, and map data flows across systems.
Lead data migration activities for acquisitions and bridge process gaps post-M&A.
Design test plans and coordinate UAT with BPOs; track defects to resolution.
Maintain technical documentation and align cross-functional teams with timelines.
