Job summary

iShare Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Developer to design and deliver Dynamics 365/CRM solutions with strong C#/.NET skills. This hybrid role requires collaboration across teams and hands-on work with Azure services to build scalable integrations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software development experience, expertise in Azure Functions, DevOps, and security best practices, and a track record of production support and deployments in a cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM, customizations and integrations.
• Strong C#/.NET development, including Azure Functions.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services and cloud deployments.
• Knowledge of Azure Service Bus (queues, topics, retries, DLQ).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, releases, and deployment automation.
• Experience with Azure Key Vault, managed identities, and security.
• Experience with Azure Blob Storage.
• Strong Entity Framework experience.
• API testing and troubleshooting using Postman.
• Experience supporting production/L2-L3 systems, incident resolution, RCA, and performance improvements.
• Experience with cloud vulnerability remediation and secure coding.

Microsoft Dynamics Developer

Location: Buffalo, NY

Work Mode: Hybrid – Minimum 3 days/week onsite

Type: Full-time / Contract

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM, customizations and integrations.
• Strong C#/.NET development, especially Azure Functions.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure services and cloud deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Service Bus – queues, topics, retries, and dead‑letter handling.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, releases, and deployment automation.
• Experience with Azure Key Vault, managed identities, and security.
• Experience with Azure Blob Storage.
• Strong Entity Framework experience.
• API testing and troubleshooting using Postman.
• Experience supporting production/L2-L3 systems, incident resolution, RCA, and performance improvements.
• Experience with cloud vulnerability remediation and secure coding practices.
• Strong understanding of DR, change management, and controlled releases.

Preferred

• Financial services or regulated industry experience.
• Cloud security and vulnerability management experience.
• Strong communication and ownership skills.
