Job summary

Heartland Technology Group is seeking a Dynamics 365 Support Specialist to join our CRM practice in Wisconsin. You will provide first level support for D365 requests and assist in configuring Sales, Customer Service, Field Service or Marketing, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI reports.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer service experience, is pursuing a Business or IT degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA, and demonstrates prioritization, teamwork, and a professional attitude to deliver

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years as a power user of Dynamics 365 for Sales and Windows 10 or higher.
• Pursuing a degree (Bachelors or Associates) in Business or IT related discipline.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA.
• Maintain an outcome-focused mindset.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Team player.
• Professional attitude and respectful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuration of Dynamics 365 for Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations or Marketing.
• Assist in the configuration of Model-Driven PowerApps and Canvas PowerApps.
• Assist in workflow automation using Power Automate.
• Assist in creation of PowerBI Reports.
• Open and resolve project and escalated incident management tickets for Dynamics 365 modules.
• Open incident tickets with Microsoft, drive to customer resolution.
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers on ticket status and priorities.
