Heartland Business Systems is seeking a Dynamics 365 support analyst to provide first-level assistance for existing and new customers. You will help configure D365 modules and build PowerApps and Power BI reports to streamline client processes.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and steady ticket resolution, with opportunities to engage in Microsoft-related user groups and expand skillsets within the HBS brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years as a power user of Dynamics 365 for Sales and Windows 10 or higher.
• Pursuing a degree (Bachelor's or Associates) in Business or IT related discipline.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuration of Dynamics 365 for Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations or Marketing.
• Assist in the configuration of Model-Driven PowerApps and Canvas PowerApps.
• Assist in workflow automation using Power Automate.
• Assist in creation of PowerBI Reports.
• Serve as first point of contact for new customer support tickets.
• Open and resolve project and escalated incident tickets for Dynamics 365 modules.
