Job summary

Voltyx is seeking a CRM Administration & Optimization Specialist to administer and continuously improve Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, and external partners to optimize processes, strengthen data quality, and maximize platform effectiveness.

The role emphasizes data integrity, user support, and ongoing CRM optimizations to boost adoption and efficiency across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales administration experience, including Dataverse configuration, Power Automate, solution management, deployments, CRM reporting, dashboards, data management, troubleshooting, requirements gathering, documentation, training, and user adoption support.
• Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications; familiarity with Power BI; CRM work with Sales and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse components.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows and manage deployments.
• Perform data imports, cleanup, deduplication, and data quality efforts.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT and partners to resolve problems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to gather requirements and improve CRM processes.
• Provide user training and maintain system/process documentation.
