Job summary

Harnham is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, build, and customise CRM solutions across Sales and Dataverse. You will work with REST APIs, Power Platform, and AI-assisted tools to deliver scalable capabilities.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across sales and service, contribute to architecture, and mentor junior developers as part of a high-impact CRM transformation project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience developing solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse.
• Hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate and REST API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of the Dynamics 365 security model and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customise solutions within Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse.
• Build and support plugins, workflows, custom APIs, Power Automate flows, and integrations.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver CRM enhancements.
• Utilise AI-powered tools to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to CRM architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
