Job summary

Harnham is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, build, and customise CRM solutions across Sales and Dataverse. You will work with REST APIs, Power Platform, and AI-assisted tools to deliver scalable capabilities.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across sales and service, contribute to architecture, and mentor junior developers as part of a high-impact CRM transformation project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience developing solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse.
• Hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate and REST API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of the Dynamics 365 security model and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

The Role and Deliverables

• Design, develop, and customise solutions within Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse.
• Build and support plugins, workflows, custom APIs, Power Automate flows, and system integrations.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver CRM enhancements and new platform capabilities.
• Utilise AI-powered development tools, including Copilot Studio and AI coding assistants, to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to CRM architecture, coding standards, code reviews, and technical best practices.
• Support multiple CRM initiatives across sales, customer servicing, and wider business operations.

Your Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’ experience developing solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Hands-on expertise building Power Apps, Power Automate solutions, and REST API integrations.
• Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 CRM security model.
• Experience working with Azure services and Azure DevOps.
• Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Dynamics 365 certifications are advantageous.
• Experience mentoring developers and contributing to technical leadership activities is beneficial.
• Knowledge of sales, customer servicing, and customer engagement processes is desirable.
• Experience building AI-powered CRM capabilities using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or related technologies is advantageous.
