Job summary

SCAN Group seeks a CRM Developer to lead architecture, design, and development of scalable CRM solutions within Health Plan payer environments. You will configure Microsoft Dynamics 365, build extensions and workflows, and integrate systems using API and middleware patterns.

Ideal candidates have deep Dynamics 365 experience, C#, .NET, Power Platform, and Azure integrations, with a strong AI/ML mindset and collaborative skills. Hybrid work is available, supporting enterprise-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Preferred certifications: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Fundamentals.
• 5+ years experience with GPT models and NLP technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platforms (≥2 years).
• Proven track record integrating AI into production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Dynamics 365 CRM for multiple domains.
• Develop CRM solutions using C#, .NET, plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Platform.
• Architect secure API integrations and enterprise data interoperability.
• Lead Azure-based integrations and event-driven architectures.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and security best practices in designs.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
