Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
• Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience leading CRM projects and mentoring developers.
• Knowledge of sales, client servicing, and customer engagement processes.
• Experience building AI-powered CRM experiences using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or related technologies.
