Qualifications

• 5-8 years leading technical teams with strong project management and systems/tech development experience.
• Proven experience implementing and managing CRM solutions within budget and scope, Microsoft Dynamics CE.
• Strong leadership with ability to assemble, lead, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Proven business-facing skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and planning.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
• Proven capability to learn new technologies and apply them.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of assigned projects across the lifecycle.
• Establish Cost Benefit Analysis through required phases of the project.
• Regularly communicate project status, risk, and issues to Program Director and stakeholders.
• Plan projects including assembling teams, assigning deliverables, and developing schedules and budgets.
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables to support business goals.
• Revise project plans as needed to meet changing requirements while following SDLC.
• Manage all aspects of CE CRM implementations.
