RSM US LLP is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Consultant to lead CRM implementations, manage project teams, and drive successful client outcomes. The role emphasizes strong planning, budgeting, and stakeholder communication within a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience leading technical teams with strong skills in project management and systems/technology development
• Proven experience implementing and managing CRM solutions within budget, scope and cost, Microsoft Dynamics CE
• Proven leader able to assemble, lead, and motivate high performing teams
• Proven business facing skills
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and planning
• Ability to multi-task and keep multiple responsibilities moving forward
• Strong understanding of technology and ability to learn and apply new technologies
• Proven experience in influencing, leading teams and driving change

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle
• Establishing Cost Benefit Analysis through required phases of the project
• Communicating project status, risk, and issues to Program Director and stakeholders
• Project planning including assembling project teams, delivering project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Managing objectives, budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables to support business goals
• Revise project plan to meet changing needs while following SDLC methodology
• Managing all aspects of CE implementations
