Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a CRM Systems Engineer to serve as the technical SME and system administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. The role focuses on development and maintenance of the Dynamics 365 CRM platform, including customization, integration, migration, reporting, dashboards, and security modeling, coordinating with platform services and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM experience, strong JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, MVC, and SQL Server skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM from an accredited university
• 7–10 years of recent experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects
• Experience in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, MVC, SQL Server including plugins and form creation
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SSIS, Azure deployment pipelines, GitHub etc
• Experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints
• Strong understanding of security groups, roles and teams
• Comfortable using Visual Studio, source control and CRM SDK
• Knowledge of O365 integration with Dynamics CRM including SharePoint
• Microsoft Certifications on Dynamics 365 CE
• A systems thinker with ability to move between high-level and detailed implementation
• Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Participating in design sessions with key business users and documenting processes
• Architecting the CRM system, customizations and reports
• Balance user requests with technical constraints; build forms, views, dashboards, workflows
• Building plugins, solution deployments, debugging
• Design & Develop D365 CDS PowerApps model and automate processes with Microsoft Flow
• Design & Develop Azure Data Factory pipelines and flows
• Develop reports using FetchXML
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve CRM system issues
• Maintain code repository and know-how of GitHub for source control
• Utilize SDK for administration of CRM system
• Support of the application including fixing issues
