Job summary

Ulteig Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Systems Business Analyst to partner with the CRM delivery team and translate business needs into actionable requirements for the Dynamics 365 platform.

You will drive discovery, map current and future processes, and ensure clear requirements and traceability across the project lifecycle. In this role you will collaborate with multiple teams to define success measures, evaluate risks, and support roadmap planning.

Qualifications

Proven ability to translate business problems into clear requirements.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Proposals, Project Management, Finance to define requirements and improve processes.
Lead CRM discovery and support solution design through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
Translate discovery findings into functional and system requirements; support solution design and validation.
Support Azure DevOps backlog development, testing, training, adoption, and release activities.
