Reddy Ice is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)/CRM functional expert to work with our Dynamics 365 developer and business stakeholders to improve CRM functionality and support enhancements.

This role translates requirements into clear functional designs, leads requirements workshops, configures Dynamics 365, and guides enhancements through testing, deployment, and user adoption across the organization.

Competenze

• Five+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 CE in a functional role.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM functionality and related processes (sales, service).
• Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into functional designs.
• Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 and working with Dataverse.
• Experience with business process flows, business rules, security roles, and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with developers to deliver CRM enhancements and support deployments.
• Strong UAT, defect resolution, and change management skills.

• Collaborate with the Dynamics 365 developer to evaluate CRM requests and deliver enhancements addressing business priorities.
• Meet with business users to map current processes, identify gaps, and propose CRM improvements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Determine whether requirements can be met via standard functionality or custom development.
• Configure forms, views, tables, fields, rules, flows, dashboards, and security roles.
• Define workflow automation requirements and collaborate on Power Automate solutions.
• Coordinate testing, create test scenarios, and obtain user acceptance.
• Support data quality with validation rules, mapping, and governance.
• Document configurations, processes, and support procedures.
• Train users and drive adoption for consistent CRM usage.
• Prioritize CRM backlog based on impact and dependencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners on integration readiness.
