Job summary

Caliber Smart is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to lead architecture design and delivery for on-site engagements in Atlanta, GA and Chicago, IL. The role requires 12–14 years of deep Dynamics 365 CE experience, strong SOA, middleware (MuleSoft) expertise, and hands-on capabilities across C#.NET, JavaScript, SQL, SSRS, and analytics with Power BI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 to 14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).
• Experience designing and deploying SOA-based architectures.
• Strong client-facing and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workshops with business and technology partners to design architecture solutions.
• Provide problem-solving and analytical input; think independently and be solution-driven.
• Be accountable for solution delivery and technical leadership.
• Lead technical pre-sales engagements and contribute to niche solutions/POCs.
• Advocate best practices for scalable CRM solutions aligned with product roadmap.
