Qualifications

• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service) experience required.
• Ability to design detailed architecture from requirements and support deployment.
• SOA design with middleware tools (MuleSoft preferred).
• Experience with online and on-premises Dynamics 365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workshops with business and technology partners to design architecture solutions.
• Provide solution delivery accountability and technical leadership.
• Drive pre-sales engagements with scalable, upgradeable customizations/implementations.
• Develop and guide integration patterns for CRM systems.
