Job summary

Accenture Flex seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Engineer to drive performance engineering and scalability testing for enterprise D365 CE environments. You will partner with customers to assess health, analyze bottlenecks, and implement remediation plans across Dataverse and Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years designing and delivering performance and scalability assessments for Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and the Power Platform.
• Experience with telemetry, diagnostic logs, and performance data analysis to guide remediation.
• Hands-on development and data integration across Dynamics 365 CE.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor on Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform performance best practices.
• Engage in transactional requests to troubleshoot customer issues and mitigate blockers.
• Analyze platform telemetry, logs, and performance data to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Design and execute scalability, load, and benchmark testing to validate performance.
• Create remediation plans aligned with customer objectives.
