Job summary
Accenture Flex seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Engineer with a strong background in performance engineering, troubleshooting and scalability testing. You will partner with enterprise customers to assess solution health, analyze performance bottlenecks, conduct benchmark and load testing, and develop remediation plans.
The role combines expertise in D365 CE, Dataverse and Power Platform with analytical and communication skills to help customers optimize performance and scale
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance and scalability assessments for Dynamics 365 CE.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse and the Power Platform stack.
- Experience with telemetry, logs and diagnostic data for bottleneck analysis.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor on Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and Power Platform performance best practices.
- Analyze telemetry, diagnostic logs and performance data to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
- Design and execute scalability, load and benchmark testing to validate system performance.
- Create prioritized remediation and optimization plans aligned with customer goals.
