Accenture Flex currently seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Customer Engineer with a strong performance engineering background. You will partner with enterprise clients to assess health, analyze bottlenecks, and design remediation plans to scale business-critical apps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and delivering performance and scalability assessments for Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse.
• Up to date product knowledge in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Field Service.
• Experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Platform admin center.
• Strong environment health assessment skills and remediation recommendations.
• Hands-on development and data integration across Dynamics 365 CE including scripting and plugins.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor on Dynamics 365 CE performance engineering best practices.
• Analyze telemetry, logs and data to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Design and execute scalability, load and benchmark testing.
• Troubleshoot performance issues related to customizations and integrations.
• Create remediation plans aligned with customer objectives.
